Welcome to Atlanta Business Chronicle’s annual special section profiling Atlanta’s 100 most influential people, as selected by the Chronicle’s editors.
The list contains many familiar names, but also some new ones: There’s Mohammad Bhuiyan, who is leading the city’s preparations for the 2015 World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates.
There’s Meria Carstarphen, incoming superintendent of the Atlanta Public Schools. There’s Hala Moddelmog, who at the beginning of the year became president of the Metro Atlanta Chamber. You’ll also find Paul Morris, who was named head of the Atlanta Beltline almost one year ago.
